# Cancellation and Refund Policy


### Event Tickets


- Cancellation by Attendee: If you need to cancel your event ticket, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

- Event Changes: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the new date announcement.

- Event Cancellation: In the rare case that an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.


### Processing Fees


- Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any processing or handling fees are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason.

## Shipping and Delivery Details


### Physical Tickets

- Delivery Method: Physical tickets (if applicable) will be shipped via standard mail or courier service. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your tickets are dispatched.

- Delivery Time: Allow 5-7 business days for delivery. 


### Digital Tickets


- Delivery Method: Digital tickets will be sent to your email address provided at the time of purchase.

- Delivery Time: You will receive your digital tickets within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
